Experience

Building a sonar image dataset for our machine learning model.

As a software engineer, I developed the Python backend for a web analytics tool for contaminated site assessment, as well as a pipeline for local development (VS Code) to version control (Git) and deployment (Azure). The user-friendly tool provides important numeric data in real time.

I drive boats! Certified SVOP, ROC-M, and SDV-BS, I captain the 12 and 27 passenger Aquabus ferries servicing stops False Creek. The fleet includes inboard diesel engines, outboard gas engines, and electric engines. I love the ocean. From boats to conservation to marine life. I am also PADI Open Water SCUBA certified.
